I  have built this company off of my experience of high criminal areas of Las Vegas, NV. The company was established in Washington State 2015, believing in myself and what I can offer. I started out moving to the area of Seattle living in my car. Working three jobs to create one of the greatest security companies. From then on, I've been dedicated to make this happen Working Day and Night creating relationship strong enough to be independent and focus on the journey. What Antonio's Red Security has to offer, are people that want to be skilled individuals of my training. They come with more to learn and desire to look for more than just a job. Each individual we'll have the same desire as the company. Security has always been known as an easy job, not with Antonio's red security. This company was built with two individuals living in the office dedicated to put people over profit. We are not perfect, what was taught from another company is sharpened to become a career position security officer. We award great detail reports and discipline rules that are being broken to your location. We teach our team how not to be afraid of situations and before passing we observe their behavior when we're moving trespassers. All members have a positive attitude with the owner consistently being involved or trained supervisors with the same vision of Staffing.
